well basically the site will have no more then 10 pages. my direction is that i will be having people visit this site to leave information about buying a home. and others will be on to see what listings i do have.
so i will need a basic forms page, basic look yet modern feel, a way to have listings, also the info that they type in to the forms page i will want it to send me a direct email.
