Foreclosure, REO work, Property Preservation contractors NEEDED
We are a property preservation and maintenance company that is expanding in Pennsylvania. We are seeking reliable and experienced contractors to add to our team.
We perform a wide variety of services on our properties. Quality work is of the utmost importance to us. Contractors must have the ability to complete grass-cuts, minor roof repairs, trash-outs, property condition inspections, winterizations, securing/lock changes, board-ups, repair of windows, exterior doors, minor plumbing, sheetrock repairs and the understanding of time frames and on time orders.
We pay twice a month by direct deposit and are at 30 days net.
Experience with Property Preservation Wizard is a strong PLUS.
